  1. Discover the Property: 
    We do not value anything without seeing it: we always know each property personally in order to be able to collect all the necessary data and prepare our Valuation Report.
  2. Presentation of the Valuation Report: 
    At our second appointment, we presented you with our Valuation Report. In it, we provide objective data on homes sold similar to your property. Of course, these data come from the Official College of Property Registrars. This is what differentiates us from other agencies: at all times, we seek objectivity, and for this we use the best tools with real sales prices, because "sold" is not the same as "advertised". Most of the properties advertised do not have a market study (or Valuation Report) and prices are set without criteria. That is why they have been on the market for a long time without results, and that is what we intend to avoid with our objective Valuation Report.
  3. Signing of the "Premium" Mandate: 
    Our "Premium" sales mandate is your best option for selling your property: it is the document in which you authorize us to market your property and in which all the conditions of sale are stipulated. With this mandate, your property will be unique on the market and we will become your only interlocutor, thus being able to defend the sale price of your property in the best conditions. This is what we call working "in confidence".
  4. Professional Photo Report: 
    3D virtual tour with Matterport technology to be able to filter visits as much as possible and offer your good even to clients who are abroad. Professional quality photos in HDR: The stats don't lie: you are 8x more likely to find a buyer with quality photos that will make your property stand out from the competition.
  5. Crossover with our portfolio of buyer clients: 
    Over time, our team knows how to detect active buyers (individuals or investors) and we continuously monitor them in order to be able to offer them our new deposits before they go on sale on real estate portals. Our portfolio of buyer clients is both varied and extensive, allowing in many cases to give a quick exit to your property.
  6. Marketing Strategy: 
    Our team of advertisers, experts in marketing and real estate advertising together with our strong investment, are key to the sale of your property. We invest in Regional, National and International Media. Our goal is always to reach the largest number of buying customers.
  7. Sales Process Monitoring: 
    We will keep you informed of the sales process at all times. We let you know before any visit, we call you afterwards also to tell you how it went. If we don't have any visitors, we study our ad statistics to see if we can improve or correct our marketing strategy. We will always act with maximum transparency and you will feel that you are part of the sales process.
  8. Negotiation with Buyer Client: 
    Working with our Premium mandate, in trust, allows us to conduct quality negotiation: we focus on the offers we receive and defend our sales price with the same arguments we use to set the sales price with you. And there is no third party to pressure us and force us to accept inadequate offers. In short, we CONTROL the negotiation process.
  9. Signing of the sale at the Notary's Office: 
    Of course, we will be by your side on the most important day of all, which is the day of the signing of the sale. We will have taken care of preparing and synchronizing everything with the notary so that you will only have to go on the "D" day to sign, with all the serenity that someone who knows that everything is well organized has.
  10. After-sales accompaniment: 
    Our work does not end with signing at the notary's office: we will help you in the post-sale process with the cancellation/transfer of your various contracts, and we can also recommend a trusted tax advisor so that you can comply with your tax obligations once you have sold your property.
